NETGEAR  Router Installation Guide

I am posting this on several request which i have received.

When setting up a new NETGEAR router some of them are facing problem with security key. Here is a solution.

01). Plug the power cord & connect it to router.
02). If you are setting up it with wifi connection then change the settings in your network options.

Here:  Go to Network & Sharing center --->  In the left side menu you will see on option named change adapter settings click on it ----> then disable the wifi connection -----> After that enable LAN connection.

03). Now open up your browser & type 192.168.1.1 in link box.
04). Enter the loin details

Username: admin
Passwod: password

05). Go to an option named Wireless.
06).Then there you will see the passphrase Rename or change it to another password.
07). Now enable your wifi option & enter the renamed password.

BINGO.  That's it
